I would first like to extend a huge amount of gratitude to the phenomenal instructors at Touro University California, without whom none of my success would have been possible! Dr. Pamela Redmond, Helen Hawley, Roger Pence, Rebecka Anderson, Martha McCoy, and Abigail Gongora have inspired and supported me in my journey over the past ten months, and I am incredibly grateful. They validated the hard work I did and pushed me to do more and to do it differently. THANK YOU!
NapaLearns values, encourages, and supports educators, and therefore students, in the Napa Valley, and their commitment is evident in their ongoing financial donations. My Pledge:
As I step away from this year-long intensive program, I will continue to support my colleagues by offering resources and the knowledge that I have gained as a result of my hard work and the support of Touro and NapaLearns. I will delve even deeper into the study and implementation of utilizing digital tools and encouraging student voice and choice in my classroom. Most importantly though, I will continue to demonstrate a growth mindset, serving as an example to those around me.
