AcknowledgementsI cannot express enough thanks to my Touro University GSOE Instructors for their continued support and encouragement. I am grateful to committee chair Dr. Pamela Redmond and Dr. Helen Hawley forgetting me through the research process,to Rebecka Anderson for her tech support and patience, and to Roger Pence for all his advice on the my final video.I would also like to thank Martha McCoy for her support through my own design thinking process and my adventure with becoming a transformational leadership guest speaker. I truly appreciate the learning opportunities and guidance provided by my committee.
This project could not have been completed without the support of my cohort members, as we survived the journey and shared the learning together. A special thank you goes out to Meaghan Brownell, my colleague and partner throughout. I enjoyed our growing friendship as we both became passionate about our research and the positive results in our classrooms. I look forward to our continuing collaboration, as this was just the beginning of what we can accomplish together with the help of Meaghan's amazing talents! I also extend my gratitude to my district, my administration, and my math department. A special thank you is due to Patrick Maleret, department lead, for allowing me to make the modifications to my lessons to support my completion of this program, for sharing the joy when things worked out, and offering support to make revisions. In addition, I would like to thank my life-long friend Jennifer Lynne Flint for her countless hours of support and discussions. We have been through so much together. Thank you getting me through this latest adventure! To my daughter, Sophia Girguis– thank you for allowing me time away to research and write. You deserve a trip this summer! I am grateful to work for a district and school that cares about its teachers and students.Through your alignment of purpose, culture, structures, and instructional programs, I was able to achieve my goals through the Fellows Program in the Innovative Learning Master's Program that I was honored to have your support through my completion.

Next Steps
I would like to continue by supporting other teachers'transformation of their classrooms,and develop transformational leadership skills by furthering my own education. I am currently looking into acquiring my credentials in administrative services or doctoral programs.Thanks toTouro University and Napa Learns, there are many opportunities and avenues to research until I find what is right for me.
