Student samples from 'A Long Walk To Water' using kidblog
This is an International Baccalaureate unit based on the novel. In order to be successful, the student must have a kidblog account.
The video to your left, English Central: Intro & Blue Level is a sample of how to create a flipped lesson from the comfort of your living room.
Here is how I did it: 1. Researched what I wanted to show/demonstrate to my students. 2. Watched an online tutorial on how to use Screen-o-matic 3. Logged onto Screen-o-matic.com 4. Chose the option where you could see my face, to make it more personal for my students 5. Created a video for my students by explaining what I wanted them to know and do. |
