Next Steps and Gratitudes...

My next step on this journey is to present my findings to the administration at Harvest Middle School with the hopes of smoothing out our BYOD system, making it even more effective moving forward. In a nutshell I shall propose that we stick to BYOD, take devices out of teachers rooms and centralize check-out from the library.

I am also excited to be able to offer my help and expertise to other school sites who are deciding which system of 1:1 they are going to implement.

I would like to thank Dr. Pamela Redmond and all of the wonderful faculty at Touro University for their guidance, support and for offering a brilliant Master's degree. I cannot believe how much I've learned and how far I've grown this last year. Thank you so much!

I would also like to thank NapaLearns for being so supportive of the teachers and students of Napa County.

From offering scholarships to teachers for participating in this program and the rest of your commitment to making NVUSD a 21st century district. Thank you.

And finally, I would like to thank Marie and Pedro, fellow HMS teachers who travelled this journey with me and helped me more than they will ever know; the rest of the amazing cohort, my students, and my own kids for whom I did this. And finally, my fiancé, Tavis, my American mom, Didi, without whom this would not have been possible and my parents who always believed I could do this.
