Thank you Napa Learns for supporting myself and so many other educators to expand our knowledge about education to support our current and future students to be ready for the ever-changing 21st century workforce. Your support provides an incredible service to not only our own personal educational journey, but also the educational journey of all of our students. I look forward to taking what I have learned into my new position of Assistant Principal. Here I will be able to continue my work with an even greater influence. I plan to work with my new math team, find where they are as a whole group, and work with them to develop strong, researched based teaching strategies to support their students. With our current educational landscape changing so rapidly due to COVID-19, this program has given me the confidence to know what resources are out there to support both students and teachers. This gives me hope that we will be able to make it through the next school year and ensure that our students learn. Thank you for helping to build this confidence in myself.
