ARCS is a model design theory that was a motivation process that John Keller originator in the 1980's. It is an instructional approach that focuses on the motivational aspects of learning. It includes four steps to promoting and sustaining motivation in the learning process: Attention, Relevance, Confidence and Satisfaction. There are various way to Motivate Students. A flipped classroom is when the instruction or lecture is the homework and the practice and hands on learning takes place in class.
