Next steps...I plan to keep teaching in the Napa Unified School District because I love living in the Napa Valley and because we have organizations like Napa Learns that support teachers who want to go the extra mile to connect with the digital learners of today. I plan to continually improve my teaching by learning from and with others by exploring best practices that use technology to improve student learning. I hope to inspire my colleagues into trying new tech tools that will support digital literacy and media fluency.

First, I want to thank Napa Learns for their generosity and support towards furthering my education. Without their support I would not have been able to pursue a Master of Arts in Education with an emphasis in Innovative Learning.
Touro University and the professors for your patience and understanding. Working with teachers as students can't be easy :) You helped me grow as a teacher and opened my eyes to all the possibilities that are out there if you let yourself be creative and curious.
To my family, for your unwavering support and guidance. You all were essential to my success in this program. My daughters Jessie Romero and Rhianna Romero were a constant source of support helping me find my words. My son Blaine Olguin, your hugs and kisses on those late nights were just what I needed to push through.
Above all, I am grateful, in more ways than I want to admit, to Jess Romero, my partner in home economics, always reminding me that I have tried my best and gave it my all because that's who I am. I love you and thank you all.
