My Work Through Touro

I'd like to share some of the work I have created throughout my time in Touro's master degree program. These projects show my desire to support our school district's 2019-2022 Strategic Plan goals.

Tech Like a Pirate

The book, Tech Like a Pirate: Using Classroom Technology to Create an Experience and Make Learning Memorable by Matt Miller has great ideas on how to use classroom technology to engage learners.

This presentation was a collaboration with my fellow Cohort 19 friend/coworker, Sheri Blades. We read Chapter 6, and used Adobe Spark to create the masterpiece you see to your right.

The Global Achievement Gap

The book, The Global Achievement Gap: Why Even Our Best Schools Don't Teach the New Survival Skills Our Children Need--And What We Can Do About It by Tony Wagner grapples with the inequities of the current American classroom structure.

With my fellow Cohort 19 friend, Kathy Flynn, we used Adobe Spark to collaborate a presentation on the book.
