Becoming Engaged Readers
​and Motivated Writers Using Edmodo

WOW, what a change!  Fourth-grade students in my action research study, including English Language Learners, who previously did not enjoy reading or writing much or at all became lovers of reading and avid writers by using technology.  Those students blossomed in their abilities because they had an authentic audience with whom they shared their reading and writing experiences on a daily basis.  Parents and I were thrilled with their children's academic growth spurts!
