I plan to share my research with my administration, PLC, and math department. I would like to lead PD on the application of digital tools in the mathematics classroom to expose teachers to new and innovative ways of teaching. I would also like to share my resource and materials with all the teachers in the school district. Lastly, I would like to share my new found knowledge with new incoming teachers as they get acclimated. They will probably new to 21st Century skills (4 C's) and TPACK. I have also worked with teacher candidates at Touro University as a breakout instructor and would like to share best practices with them if I get a chance.
In my own classroom, I used Khan Academy with my students and it showed good results. Not everyone was using it so that would be one of my next steps, to have everyone using Khan Academy. Moreover, in the self-assessment, students gave me feedback on how they would like to see videos made by me so I think another next step is to start finding apps that let me make math tutorial videos. I will also try using EDpuzzle more to use as assessments embedding those helpful metacognitive regulatory questions and giving my students feedback from the comfort of their computer screen.

Thank You's
I would like to express my deepest appreciation to Napa Learns. This journey, the knowledge and tremendous growth I have gained would not have been possible without their generous financial contribution and their amazing support.

I would like to thank the faculty at Touro University California for providing me with support and a deeply inspirational experience in the Innovative Learning Program. I have learned so much about myself as a teacher and will continue to grow as a lifelong learner.
