21st Century Learning and Workforce ReadinessToday's teachers are faced with the challenging task of preparing our students for success in future careers, some of which do not even exist today. How can we help prepare our students for careers that do not exist? The answer to that question is focusing on creating lifelong learners who are equipped with 21st century skills. One way that I have found to address designing lessons that incorporate the 4 C's of 21st century learning is to create Hyperdoc lessons. Hyperdocs are a great way to create digital tasks where students can self reflect on their learning, create meaningful projects as well as communicate and collaborate with other classmates or even students out side of the classroom.
