Although tempting to move on to something else, it is imperative not only to the students, but to sound educational practice that we continue to go down the road of developing students' growth mindset around maths. Our intervention model is a year old and requires fine tuning and reconsideration. As a people dependent process, it is subject to the perspective and commitment of participants. We must grow our TPACK repertoire with the goal of becoming more efficient and effective in the name of student achievement. As such I envision taking our teams' reflections and data from year one and game planning around next steps, highlighting the what, our success indicators, and whys. Something we will definitely work to capture more of is evidence of growth mindset practices and messages. The more consistently we build mindset messaging into students' visual and auditory world, the more they will believe it to be genuine and true.
We will continue to research and attempt to make well informed decisions, but will not shy away from risk taking opportunities that may or may not pan out, after all, we must model mistake making if we ever hope to get students to believe it is both ok and growth producing.

A big thank you to Touro for thinking outside the box and forcing me to do the same. An extra thank you for tolerating this semi-luddite as I trudged through, trying to balance work, life, fatherhood, and school.
To the Board of and donors to NapaLearns please know you are helping reshape education and educators. It is not only your financial assistance, but your commitment to innovation that sets you apart. My family and I thank you!
