ISTE StandardsThe International Society for Technology in Education (ISTE) Standards for educators include Learner, Leader, Citizen, Collaborator, Designer, Facilitator and Analyst. As an educator in a core content area I have taken steps to approach and meet these standards so that I am a well informed and trained teacher that can successfully guide my students through the content using the most appropriate technology tools for the subject.
Through my participation of the Touro Innovative Learning Program, I have been able to spend time developing my own understanding and ability to incorporate technology into the classroom in each of the areas below.
