Communication, Collaboration, Critical Thinking and Creativity are the 4Cs in 21st Century Learning Skills.  

With an emphasis on critical thinking it is important for all students to be given the opportunity to develop and enhance that skill through a curriculum that can be accessed by all.  Educators need to incorporate communication, collaboration, critical thinking and creativity within their lessons, and technology can be used as an effective tool.
