The video to the left is the video I used to show my students proper mechanics for performing a push-up.

Video for Application used During Action Research 

The video to the right will show you how to use Google Forms to construct a test. This is the same way I made my pre- and post-test in my action research.
The video to the left will walk you through how to use Padlet. Padlet is a great app for getting information from the whole class.
